ive had the worst signal ever past month n half from orange. they blamed switching over to using both as the issue. Ive got last months free and going to ring up and not pay for this month either as its been beyond a joke (i.e texts taking hours to come thru) etc

Touch wood my signal has been better than ever since doing this.
