PayPal Business Account

If I want a PayPal donation button on one of my sites have I got to have a business account?

The literature seems to suggest that only business/not for profit sites can have donation buttons but there are many non business sites with donate buttons?

It's a while since I rescued a charities donation site, but from memory, the technology is just a case of selecting the right values when producing the button, as to the legalities of whether you can have a donate button, then I'd suggest digging into the documents or ask PayPal support.
