What does this mean exactly? I now what a pre-nom domain is, but why has the drop of these suspended domains just started?

I take it these aren't dropped like Post Nominet domains?

They have been known to miss the beginning of pre-nom drops. However they do seem to be very good at picking up on exactly what's happening, once they start.
I'm rubbish at pre-noms.
