PS3 Repair Guide

Got a PS3 that goes from green light to the yellow light flashing twice but does not go red. Wont load.

I've seen these repair guides for like $6.99 etc but are they any good? Anyone else had similiar problems?

oh god dont let it happen!! binned the xbox because it keeps breaking now on the ps3, if this happens i think i may just give up and get a mk1 gameboy.
just got the new call of duty and its the tits!!

not had this problem "yet" and not sure what the guides are like but i know unlike m$ sony wont fix it for free, i always look on youtube for xbox fixes like the towel trick see if there is any info on there maybe

Agreed, my xbox failed on me also know a few mates with similar problems.

Just went and bought a PS3, not a post i wanted to see.

I initially bought the PS3 and COD6 from PCWorld, £272.00

I come home saw PS3 at Sainsburys for £200.00, friend can get 15% discount got it for £170.00, took the other one back, well chuffed.

The £200.00 offers ends 17th November if anyone is interested.

I ended up getting three consoles at £170.00 each
