question on a drop date

hi all

i want to register a .co.uk domain, but when i checked the whois on it, it says that the expiry date is 16/sep/2005??? can this be right?

It has suspended written next to the registration status.

any help would be appreciated.

I would guess that it is under investigation by Nominet and will be renewed/released in time.

However, I would assume that its not impossible that a dom has slipped through the net and is sitting in limbo.
