Hi all, putting up a car sales website. Just want a very simple section where people can upload their pic, description and phone number for a set fee. I have designed the main page already in dreamwaver that I am happy with, just wanted to know where I could get a script like this, if someone wants to quote me for it. The car must fit into a category where poeple can just search for cars via price range e.g <£1000, £1000 - £2000 etc. Then all the cars should be displayed from that range!

Any ideas guys, need it asap! thanks

I did a quick search there but could'nt find anything, but a more detailed search might turn up a free script for you.

It does seem straight forward, have a look www.rentacoder.com and spec up whats needed then get people to offer to make it for you

had a good look at hotscripts.com, thanks to all of you. Esp grantw. Ok so say I bought one of these packages, how would I integrate it into my site? Also the one that looked appealing was $399. Exuse my lack of technical experience, but, could I set it up so that the site was up and running with a payment facility where people upload pics etc? would the site be able to function after this without the need for maintenane?

The answer to most of those questions is that it depends on the script you choose!

For $399 it should def. come with built in automated payment processing options - paypal and maybe more. It depends on the script but I imagine if people are signing up, paying for and creating adverts then I imagine it would run itself.

Out of interest, how much is it going to cost you? Might want to PM me on that one!

Which site should i check out? rentacoder? Might be useful for getting a price for your FSBO site?
