Breakdown Cover Recommendations

Hi Guys

I'm building a site on breakdown cover (www.Breakdown Recovery.co.uk) and I'm looking to add some user experiences and recommendations to it. (The site is still in development so some parts need finishing)

Has anyone got any stories they'd like to share (good or bad) about any of the national breakdown companies.

Anything would be a help such as:

Why you chose who you did
Was it a good or bad choice
What the call-out staff were like
How long they took
Did you have trouble claiming

or something like this:

I joined the AA because I thought they offered the best breakdown cover, but when I had to call them out it took them 2 hours to arrive and..........

or

I joined the RAC because they were the cheapest, the service has been great, I had to call them out recently and they arrived in about 30 minutes and had the car running again within minutes.

Any help would be good

How about:

I joined Vauxhall Breakdown Recovery because it was free with my car
My car has never broken down so I have no idea how good they are
