FFS - my old phone has kaput but has the 2FA code for Nom.

I want to set up again on my new phone - but I can't find a way to do it. Anyone know a trick to get it sorted?

If you noted down the 20 char or so code when you setup the 2FA then you can recreate it on the new phone by manually entering on 2FA app. If not then you'll need to ask Nom to disable it so you can go through the process. I would make note of the code for future reference.

It happened to me earlier in the week.

I had to handwrite a letter requesting they remove 2FA for my account (included the email on the letter) Signed and dated.

took a picture of it as well as my driving licence.

Sent it across via email and phoned them back then they removed 2FA.
