Script advise needed...

I have a domain

discrepancies_co_uk

and want to put a website where people can post info about items bought online that didn't match the description, including PCs, laptops, etc. - virtually everything.

I can fire directorypress site pretty quickly, but want something really lighter. Free would be ideal. Any thoughts?
