Hello,

I understand that past sales can be a good barometer for sales values (as opposed say to an automated valuation tool).

May I ask is there any correlation between a domain name ending in the plural (previously sold for £X,XXX) and the same domain name but the singular version - ie: without the "s"

Regards

Umm it's quite a vague question so hard to give a real answer.

I would say product/keyword domains the s would be better, WeddingRings > WeddingRing

And for a brandable name love is better than loves

I think having the s hurts a brandable (generally) more than losing the s hurts a product/keyword domain
