The Missing Caption - Suggestions?

I found this old postcard -

About a hundred years ago, most cards like this were printed in Germany, then the captions were overprinted in England - but this one missed out, and didn't get a caption.

SO - suggestions on a postcard ?

Bingley being a sleepy place and Bradford being somewhat different!
