A very good point - my experience of Nominet, going back about seven years, is nothing but positive. Especially from a service and enquiry point of view.

Considering forums tend to be full of moans and complaints, has anyone spoke to a nice friendly member of staff at Nominet that you would like to give a positive post about?

I have never encountered a bad person at nominet... all top people who do a tricky job very well.

i agree, not had any problems what so ever.

very helpful, and until recently i had the same point of contact for all my needs for years (hes moved dept now, so time for the next one)

i always find it easier if you get the deal with the same person.....
