I have registered many times .co.uk domains but now I can't register .uk's?

It's asking for residence in UK.

How/where can I register .uk's without having residence in UK?

You are aware of the other rules about .uk registration, yes?

Just because a .uk is showing as available on godaddy doesn't mean that you have a right to register, in most cases the owner of the .co.uk hold the rights to register until the year 2019.
