Wanted: Service Wanted: Experienced Magento Developer (Freelance - Ongoing)

Would like to find a very competent Magento developer.

Work is freelance but ongoing.
Typical tasks are things like - speed optimisations, install plugins, custom plugins, fix things when they break, change payment gateway....

We have an excellent guy but his availability is limited so think its worth us getting a competent backup or replacement.
