When will domain become available

hi a domain I have been watching expired on 8 Feb this year, but it still isn't available, there used to be a tool that gave the drop date but it isn't there anymore!

Does anyone know the waiting time?

It used to say drop dates somewhere near the nav bar on this site but I can't see it anymore? I don't need it but was useful from time to time.
