WordPress CRM recommendations please

I'm tasked with building a website with a customer lead generation frontend and a provider lead management backend.

The customer city/county data will filter the lead to the provider in the corresponding city/county. Each provider will have their own login area (ideally on a subdomain, eg city.domain.com) to manage their leads.

I'm after a plugin (free/pay) that can provide this primary functionality. Any bells and whistles such as file uploading and messaging would be a big bonus.
