I'd class this as a brandable domain, and would say that it has no value unless someone invests time and/or money in turning it into a real service.
In my opinion all of these novelty extensions will be killed off when the TLD market fully opens up - there will be 1000s of different TLDs in the end and I think that the currently novelty domains (.pro, .info, .coop, .cc, .cx, etc etc) will be drowned out in the noise.
I wouldn't register this domain for $6 annually with zero restrictions in the current market - sorry, I think you'd be better off hunting out a .co.uk with both potential AND with a potential market.
