if you regged it using 123-Reg, it took 20 hours for my last one to go
through.. i complained, and was told, not to consider the domain mine
until 24 hours (even tho they take the funds from you, and it takes them
days to give you a refund)

It's new and gives you the opportunity to rethink if you've tried to register something whilst drunk or under the influence of prescription medicine.

It came in a few days after Nominet stopped you cancelling domains
