Anyone got a sample contract for domain payment installments

Hi,

I've sold a website and the buyer wants to pay one lump sum, then 6 monthly installments.

I'll be keeping the domain in my nominet till final payment.

Has anyone got a contract written up I could use ?

Did a mid 5 fig with contract.

Did a 6 fig with memorandum of understanding. This is the way forward.

Dont over complicate, as deals can often be very simple.
