Hi all, I'm considering getting my website done professionally.
It's only a small one (11 pages) which I've done myself using Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
I'm using FastCart for my shopping cart but from what I can see I can only use it for customers to order pre-set products and quantities. A bit like PayPal where there's no quantity list to select.
I don't know scripts (only html) and I believe I'd need cgi scripts on my server to handle <form> elements on my website to allow customers to select different quantities. Right?
I sell 4 products but if customers which to order different quantities I'd have to create a link (text/image) for every combination. Well that's what I think anyway.
I've done it myself to keep costs down and it is working but I think a more professional image with easier shopping may improve sales further.
I won't put up my website but if anyone would be kind enough to give me their opinion of my (homemade) website, (please PM me and I'll give it to you) I'd really appreciate any first impression comments.
And as the thread says...anyone know of a very good web design company??
Thanks
