Hello,

Recently purchased chiropractor/co/uk and thought I would invite offers for this domain should anyone be interested.

Regged in 1997, the domain is a one word generic.

Mid to High £x,xxx offers welcomed.

Thanks,

Khalid.

I don't really think it has the search volume to support what you are asking. If you want to come down a bit in price I would be interested.

Translate: I cant afford it, or , my maths doesnt fit your valuation.

I am massively overpaying for names if you base things on search volumes. Likewise if you pay multiples of ppc earnings etc etc.

Search volumes change, ppc changes, current figures de jour changes... a good name is always good name.

Saying that I am after LLL's / Forenames etc based on prices founded on search volume so please PM me £50 budget per name! ;)

Anyway - this is a sales thread so could be worth removing this and above post?

Whether I can afford what he's asking isn't the issue here. I just think his valuation is way out. I'd be interested at a reasonable price. In my opinion, his valuation is way out.

Search volume isn't everything for sure, but I just don't see the value in buying this at the price range he mentioned, which is why I posted my comment. I'm not just commenting for the sake of saying something, like I say I would be interested but at a price that I believe would be reasonable.

Shogun I'm open to offers should you wish to post one. I agree with rob's comment, not because I'm selling the name but because he raises valid points.

Domain prices are rising and the amount of people searching online instead of traditional methods is increasing.

At the end of the day if it doesn't sell I'm sure I can turn it into a profitable site.

Hi Khalid, seems you are not too far from me (near Glasgow). I will come up with an offer over the weekend, might be too low for you but we'll see.

I agree some domain prices are rising, but there is also a financial crisis going on and advertisers are not spending any money, which has meant I've picked up domains this year for half the price I was offered them for last year - but thats a whole different issue and best kept for another thread!

Yeh I'm in Edinburgh, not too far, perhaps we'll meet at a future domain event.

I've picked up cheap domains too but nobody can deny prices are rising and they retain their value.

I look forward to receiving your offer.

Still open to offers as no contact made back yet regarding offer :)
