All my rev is going down rapidly. From ppc to affiliate sign ups :-(

ppc is still getting the same amount of hits but rev per hit has nosedived.

affiliate sites are still getting the same traffic but signups/purchases have nosedived.

Is it the same for all?

.

My Adsense revenue has fallen sharply? Google have changed something as one of my domains has gone of the radar?

i agree as well my adsense is way lower than usual, and my affiliates are making next to nothing:(

oh well, nothing we can do about it:D

Being up in Yacksure, and working from home all I know is what I see on the news. Was chatting to a mate who is a ******, sorry banker in the city and he is ready to jump. That bad. The recons we'll be fighting each other for food next year.

But, people round here seem to think business is better than before. The trades are healthy and it seems the smaller the business the better the outlook.

Calm before the storm? or maybe a reginal knock on effect that hasn't come up Norf yet? All I can say is my mate who sold his business at the start of 2007. Nice work.

Yes, adsense down too :-(

Just had my best year, still doing better than ever. Adsense picked up for me although I do a few debt domains.

Even if we are fighting for food, supermarkets will still be screwing farmers on price so they dont dip below £10 billion profit :-|

Im in a similar situation to you ratboy, on the Yorkshire border and a pal of mine works for barclays, he says in the scheme of things they are a 'cruise ship' and the irish banks are 'dodgy ferries but with more lifeboats...' if that makes sense - its his analagy.. He says he will leave the banking world next year..

Anyone heard about the huge amount of UK companies moving to Ireland this year because of the tax rules on companies brought out by New Labour?

The word "Exodus" is being used, looks like Ireland is the place to be for the next few years.

adsense rev didn't seem to go down for me, but I agree something is going on up there as I as well got a site taken off for adsense last week :( it was my main breadwinner

Adsense going down is not the credit crunch - cost to place adverts has not decreased!

I don't see any drop in Adsense revenue here, if anything it has gone up in the last month or two, and much the same for affiliate sales. The 'crunch time' will come post Christmas/January Sales, IMHO.

I pretty much agree. Think people will try hard to have a final blow out at Christmas - I fear then that it could be pretty nasty in the first half of next year.

Stephen.

I think there must been an Adsense reporting problem for the last 2 days.

I'm showing zero reported page impressions yesterday and only 6 today.

Awin stats show 1000's of page views.

Summat's up!

Adwords is showing correct stats for the site I run it on, with impressions roughly matching that of our other stat software...

Q: what's the capital of Iceland?
A: about £4.50

:D

got passed this credit crunch joke earlier:

I went to the ATM this morning and it said "insufficient funds".
I'm wondering is it them or me.

:)

My latest creation is quite apt
