I'm torn on it because let's be honest, DL is currently the better place to sell .co.uk/.uk domains to resellers.
However, can you honestly suggest promoting a company that will illegally break GDPR laws and leak your private information if you annoy them? That shouldn't be tolerated and promoted.
Just imagine if AcornDomains came out and posted all your private messages or Gmail posted your private emails because you annoyed them? Would you condone promoting those companies? I highly doubt that.
I feel people are somewhat forgetting what DL has done with publishing private information and just ignoring it purely because they have something to gain from the platform. I feel like he knows the position the website is in also, that's why he posted personal information. He feels like no-one is going to shit on the DL website, because all the domainers there need him to sell domains.
No other company would get away with doing what he done.
He is not entitled to defend himself by breaking GDPR laws, which he did.
Is GDPR law more important than libel law? If DO hadn't apparently been libelled, then GDPR wouldn't have been broken, if indeed it had.
Sad to see that DL has now been removed from the auction list on here. I would ask Admin to reconsider. At least put it to the vote of members on here.
thanks Admin for confirming that we can continue posting our DL auctions here. But how about a poll on this? we're a community after all - we've all got different views and a poll would be a good way of
What if the result ends up like Brexit though?
