That's doesn't make a whole bunch of sense. You could say that about any domain too surely?

Hearing more and more about social engineering lately and it's kind of scary how easy it can be to use it to your own advantage.

I had someone hijack a twitter name of mine 2 weeks ago, got it back now.

Twitter notified me about it, good news in the end, this person(s) must has done it to a lot of other twitter users for them to have known.

The username is porn_com

BTW, you are not allowed to sell the usernames, you can trade them or sell a website and have the username as part of the deal foc.

What I mean is, in general what do you feel you have more control over in practical terms:

a .co.uk registered in one's name or a twitter username.

Given the publicity this has generated and the paper trail available, it will be interesting to see how Twitter - a company listed on the NYSE - will respond.
