Always show "Like" link (select "No" to show it when moving mouse over the post only)?

Where do I find this, just been through my control panel and see nothing where I can switch it off?

I take it that it's only some users that get the notification then? I therefore assume there are settings to prevent PM notifications?

It's an Admin setting. I'll let the poll run a little longer but not looking good for it staying.

I don't know why people are getting confused between a PM and a simple notification, a PM gives you a pop up box saying you have a new message and a like notification doesn't.
