I have just been informed by Sedo that the seller is disputing the auction and claims the name had not been authorised to be sold.

Lucky or not, the most important thing is that the auction process at sedo works, and right now that doesn't appear to be the case for some people here :S

The google trend is pretty stark for this one, yes. About half as many searches compared to a few years back. The seller is silly IMO.
Half of what numbers a few years back? Are the figures adjusted proportionately to the search market growing?
Without knowing firmly what the figures show it is just a line, which should not be used for much.
Take 'domains' for example, the 'google trend' is massively downwards. What does that say?
