Nominet finally accept their fault...

So I tried to transfer 2 domains recently due to a trademark dispute only to find the recipient couldn't accept the transfer.

I tried again to transfer them and noticed a pop up appear on the screen saying the transfer failed. So a quick email to Nominet but no, nothing wrong with their systems and the transfers are waiting.

I have checked with our technical team and can confirm that we had no known issues with our Online Services at that time that would cause a transfer request to fail.  However, normally a request will fail if there is a pending transfer request which has not yet timed out.

Transfers fail again and this time I screenshot every stage and email proof to Nominet. Shock horror!

Yes, there is an issue with the transfer of the two domains below, which is something we haven't seen before. We've also been able to replicate the same course of events and seen the same results you have, therefore I've escalated this to our developers to investigate further.

Their support leaves a lot to be desired and I shouldn't have to prove my case to prove their systems are faulty...
