Nominet.name dispute

Thought this was interesting:

In their letter, it says that the word 'Nominet' is a '...coined term...'. Wrong!

'Nominet' is a latin word, meaning to be 'expressly named'. It has been used for centuries.

'expresslynamed.name' actually seems potentially legitimate if you think about it!

Like it even matters. I can totally see the sense in getting the .com, but .lame, who cares?

Guess it's one way for them to spend a few k, not like they're short of cash is it

nominet.tv and nominet.im are still sat free to reg aswell.....

why dont they just register them before others do then they wouldnt have the problem?
