This was the latest news...
This weekend we ran the reindexing routine on the PRSS database to enable
the complex searching this service provides. This process was extensively
tested on our beta system before being run on our live system, but was
unfortunately only partially successful. It is not possible to search on
the account name field but searches on the domain name field do not work.
We are investigating the cause of these problems and will schedule further
downtime to correct this problem when we have a solution.
