just a quick question. when you sell a website what stats are required. if people can make checklists then others know what they need to provide to make things easier to gather before publishing them for sale.

Questions i would like to ask is do you sell on affilaite full sales or affiliate comission.

visitor stats over a 6month period (longer if a high price website)
affiliate income, just the commision
any adsense income (per month)

When I buy a site, I wanna know:

How many hours per month maintenance is needed.

Where is the revenue from ?

Is the revenue steady over 6 months, growing, or dropping.

How many visitors?

Whats the conversion rate ?

How much does it make broken down by source (after reversals, cancels etc, the actual bankable numbers). Some sectors have a high voided transaction rate.

What's the domain name ?

Not ness in that order, but thats around about what I need to know.

Any costs to run the business (content writing, software licences, SEO, ppc and potentially hosting if it needs significant resources etc)
