Started running 100ms early today - that's where you needed to be to even get a sniff at the top. Started the week with a 2 letter at about 35ms going up to 100ms for today as I guess more people started jumping in. Also you needed some quota you could waste to find the start.

Same pattern spotted on the testbed, jump today was bigger than I was expecting
Monday you needed to be 50ms ahead.

This was my guess, that people were starting early, rotating the best domains, wasting creates but hoping to get it just as it opened

I only used 1 create per domain. It was all about timing. the 6 epp connection limit had a bigger effect than the create limit.

Yes we ran with 6 connections on 2 different servers. We connected to the EPP before the 14:00 kickoff and snoozed until 14:00 when we started sending the XML

Did some tags do a lot better than others? Granted you guys will have more knowledge but from what I've checked it seems a pretty split field?
