Wanted: Domain Appraisal water-proof

I emailed about 35 companies, I'm talking to a few but negotiation ongoing, any values on this? we're talking in the region of £500 to £1000 at the moment but it may go for less in the end.

Pretty standard although I forget sometimes and change it and I usully prefer the quick sale to domainers rather than cheap to end users but domainers aren't playing at the moment, so "just got it, I'm flogging it, how much you paying guv?"

I'd emailed about twenty before remembering the others I have so included;
