This one will need some promotion to get it going, the question is does the concept have legs?

Need to get decent logo sorted and that'll do in terms of the look for the moment.

Fundamentals, what else am I missing?

Footer and bottom nav appear to the left on my screen, would look better centred. Site looks good though. Also on your search I think grammatically 'which area are you looking for' rather than 'what area are you looking for'. The idea definetely has legs, it would need a lot of promotion to compete with bigger property search sites though. But nothing wrong with a challenge!
