01:40 and there's a queue at Currys, 12 min wait.

I've just created a new Black Friday Deals page on LowPrices.co.uk, listing the retailers I'm an affiliate for. I know this is somewhat late, but I've been rather busy with other stuff, and better late than never!! I'll try to promote it heavily on Twitter tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

For £90 more you can get the 5500 which is a smart TV, and has more features.

Samsung are priced according to refresh rate, speakers, depth and other features. Some good deals on the samsung ones. Richer sounds are giving 3 months on deezer, 12 months on something else and a free multi room hub thing on some of their samsungs.

I'm not seeing to much in the way of bargain TV's that are the likes of LG, Samsung,Sony. Especially when you see best seller tvs on amazon like a 40 inch samsung going for £269 http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JNM4V1K/?tag=acorn06-21.

Have bought far cry 4 and a few Christmas presents from smyths. Cheap plug for the site in my signature which will be featuring the best ones!

Shopto had a bit of a hickup but some decent prices, argos is down too

I have just been unable to pay by card at Currys for the third time ... it's 2.30am and it looks like there's an overload issue with the Mastercard secure payments facility.

Doesn't look like I'll be getting that Surface Pro 3 deal just yet ... it was the Mastercard Secure bit that failed, I'm guessing it's the bank payment system overloading, rather than the Curry's basket, but it is a bit disappointing.

If these sites are having problems, I'm surprised how many people are up at this hour. Will be a few tired workers tomorrow, at least its Friday.

Yeah, it's 3.05am. I think it's time for me to call it a night. There are already reports of scuffles at Lea Valley Tesco's.

As an affiliate I have to say I find all the loading issues very frustrating.

Amazons email just indicated this will be on sale at some point today, I'm hoping they don't go sub £240, altho the 2x500gb will faster but I do like samsung SSDs.

Wireless home alarm. http://m.screwfix.com/p/yale-hsa6400-wireless-4-room-alarm-kit/54473

Says it was 199 but was 159 last week. Still a bargain at 129 with free fob worth £20

I'm impressed how well Amazon's site copes in comparison. It uses a much fairer system of timed release of discounts and the only pressure is adding to basket in time.

It will go on sale at 11:40am. I expect the stock will drop to 0 within seconds as everyone watching puts it into the basket to "think about it" and then it will dip in and out of stock over the next 15-20 minutes as people abandon the deal.

(That's what happened with the MX100 SSDs - people who saw "100% claimed" and gave up missed out because they couldn't be bothered to wait and watch the page)

I'm mobile at the mo so typo city.

Edwin, when I bought the 512s it was on 48%, then the second one was 73% an was only a few minutes between. Definitely went quickly. I'll keep my eye on that, the samsung ssd have been absolutely rock solid for me, even my early 830s which didn't support trim.

Are you planning one if the price is right?

[ian]

Well the 1TB went within seconds, but wasn't the best of deals...not if you only wanted to buy it because, and didn't actually need

[acceleratoraccelerator is verified member.]

For those in to SSDs, I'm seeing this 1TB at Amazon still only 75% claimed:

Samsung 840 EVO 1TB 2.5-inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive
by Samsung
Price: £294.99
Deal Price: £239.99 & FREE Delivery in the UK.

I got one of the 1TB hard drives, not sure what I'm going to do with all the SSDs I have bought but I'll figure something out

I bought the TV at John Lewis, didn't get the free multiroom hub but the customer service at richer sounds was shocking!, I refused to give them my money when the guy was dismissive and fobbing me, and didn't even know if the TV would run the apps I needed, and insisted on trying to sell me TVs 3x the price, which my mummy doesn't need.

All I need now is a deal on HGST 4TB Hardrives, coz my NAS is hungry and wants more more more!
