is it just me but 12 months ago names were flying off this forum quicker than a wink but now...
There must be some underlying reason for this.

this does me head in this... not anyone can register any tld unless you have $250k for each name you like and the resources to set it up and maintain it..
Here in the UK i dont thing users will even know whats going on much beyond .co.uk & .org.uk
I am seeing less decent quality names for sale, and when they are they are not always cheap as chips.
People are more aware of what a domain is worth, and less likely to undersell it.
Glue.co.uk perhaps was the most recent bargain, and oddly enough that shifted pretty sharpish with lots of interest.
Good names with good prices always sell. Poor names poor prices...![]()
I'm sure there are loads and loads of people out there who have enough cash to do it! I think it will just take a bunch of them (say, 100) to really really really hurt the domain market.
...its goign to take alot of cash and risk to try and bring down domain prices
