i want to ask please how many time take the member application to get approved ?
And what is the next step for the epp config

I've had mine approved in 24-48h
EPP is quite a niche thing you would need to research if you plan on writing your own code. Nominet has some basic information about the xml structure but not specific code examples on how to implement it.
Alternatively there are various people offering a script you can buy/license or a hosted service (search for previous topics on here)
