Quick Wordpress Question

I have a button on one of my Wordpress sites and I want to link it to the contact page. Where and how do I insert the URL in it? The code is below:

<a class="button herobutton clear">Contact Us <i class="fa fa-chevron-circle-right"></i></a>

You shouldn't need to touch the code directly should you? Can you not add it as a menu and link it in the normal way?

I normally do it slightly differently :

<a href="<?php echo home_url(); ?>/contact-us"  class="button herobutton clear">Contact Us <i class="fa fa-chevron-circle-right"></i></a>
